"one" registration with computer/tablet and mobile phone

You will need these four things:

Your personal registration code (letter)
Your card
Computer/tablet
Your mobile phone

1. Start

To register, open the following link in your web browser: https://one-digitalservice.ch
Click on the blue link "Register your card".

2. Registration code and card number

You have received a registration code by post (letter).
Enter the 12-digit registration code.
Enter the 16 digits of your card number.

3. Set up account

Enter your e-mail address.
Choose a strong password.
Important: The password must contain at least 8 characters. Use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
Re-enter the password below.

4. Telephone number

Enter your mobile number.
Click on "Request verification code".
You will receive an SMS with the verification code.

5. Security check by SMS

Enter the verification code from the SMS.

6. Registration successful

Congratulations! You have registered for "one".
Now you can take full advantage of this digital service – around the clock and anywhere in the world.
