Open the app on your smartphone and follow the individual steps.

You will need these three things:

Your personal registration code (letter)
Your card
The "one" app installed on your smartphone

Install it now:

1. Welcome to "one"

Open the "one" app and choose "Register".

2. Registration code

You have received a registration code by post (letter). Scan it in here or enter it manually.

3. Card number

Scan the card number in or enter it manually.

4. Mobile number

Now enter your mobile number.
Choose "Next".
You will receive an SMS with the verification code.

5. Security check by SMS

Enter the verification code from the SMS.

6. E-mail address

Enter your e-mail address.

7. Password

Choose a strong password.
Important: The password must contain at least 8 characters. Use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
Re-enter the password below.

8. Security

How would you like to log into "one" in the future? Choose between biometric authentication and password. You can change your choice at any time in the app.

9. Registration successful

Congratulations! You have registered for "one".
Now you can take full advantage of this digital service – around the clock and anywhere in the world.
